if it's time to clear up your energy, clarify what you want, and set some powerful 2024 intentions.. then this is your space.
for all my people who love to know whats ahead of them, here's a little description of what to expect during one of our vision board workshops.
a vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate, and maintain focus on your life goals. one way to look at a vision board is that you're activating the law of attraction, which suggests that through processes, mindset and visualisation can bring about life changes. within our space however, we are not only partaking in a manifesting process, but we are coming together, connecting, visualising, grounding, breathing, and creating a physical representation of what you're worthy of.
the process of making a vision board is personal and creative, but does not require you to be "good" at creating (what is "good" anyway?). you'll have time to reflect on your past, your aspirations, set specific goals, and create a visual reminder of what they want to manifest in their lives. some people find that regularly looking at their vision board helps them stay focused on their goals and their future manifestations.
upon arrival you'll find a long table set up with everything you need to create for the day, as well as some yummy snacks to keep you going as you create. there'll be sage burning as you enter, to clear the energy of the room, as well as some music playing lightly in the background. after everyone has arrived, we will get comfy close down the eyes and breathe together, before I take us through a visualisation technique that will allow you to begin to drop into your hopes and dreams for the future. you will then have ample time to sift through the materials and take anything that you connect with for your vision board, before having time to piece / glue it all together. this will then be yours to take home.
all you'll need to bring is your drink bottle for the day to keep you hydrated as you focus, and an open heart. please arrive on time, as there is only a 15 minute waiting period before we will get started on our journey.
spaces are limited to 16 people only, to preserve the sacred nature of this event. some photos will be taken throughout the day for future marketing of the day, as below.
