Professional Supervision
Behind every great therapist, is a great support system. We provide provide this support and more.
At Our Mindful Youth, we have two experienced clinicians who create space in their schedule to support other clinicians to develop both personally and professionally. We are passionate about supporting you to work and live in alignment with your values, to balance personal and professional work pressures, and to use your knowledge, skills and voice in a way that promotes the health and wellbeing of yourself, and your clients.
Professional supervision allows staff to seek support, advance their professional development and align with the goals of the organisation they work with. This is a formal process of professional support and learning that allows clinicians to develop knowledge and skills, assume responsibility for their own learning and practice, and enhance safety and wellbeing within the workplace.

Our supervision provides a co-created collaborative, professional relationship based on trust, safety and rapport.
